Question:Back over or back bend kick off.

Which one is harder and or more dangerous?

Back Bend Kick off-i mean when i do back bend, then try to kick off, i get pretty far to where I'm almost in a handstand position, but then when i go over i like fall to the side and tumble, WHAT DO I DO???

Both I'd say, because you could land on your head/neck both ways. I've just been able to do these, I tried them and I just kicked off hard and I could do them... I've only taken 1 year of gymnastics when I was younger.

a back walkover?
just keep practicing your backbends making them stronger and your back more flexible.
also you are probably kicking over timidly which doesnt give you enough momentum. dont be scared, just go for it.

I think you mean a backwalkover (legs split) and a back limber (together). Limbers were harder for me, but both moves require a lot of strength in the abs and a REALLY hard push off.
