Position:Home>Dancing> How to practice..............?Question:ok well see my friend came over today, and i was practicing my front flip with hands, landing in a bridge, and then try to get my self back up, and i did! it was like all of a sudden, and i have been trying to do that for the last couple of days! and then also today i did my back bend, and tried flipping over, and i like almost did, it was so weird, How can i practice flipping over from a back bend???? How come this happened all of a sudden? also just after trying to do it and the front flips and back bends and tryin to get over i got this headache..? why???? I just randomly did a front walkover and I did it perfectly and I had been trying to perfect it for months lol. So I think it was just your body realizing how to do it correctly and also getting used to do it. Are you thinking of a back walkover or a back handspring? If its the walkover I can help you, but not the handspring :) Make sure that your feet are staggered, so one foot in front and the other behind. That way you can push off. Hope this helps :) Your head wasn't use to all of the pressure. (if ya know what i mean) And yes, try to whenever u do the bridge, your hands are as close as they can be to your feet and thentry... thats the main reason ppl cant fip bakk over. Hope i helped.
