Position:Home>Dancing> So if one tried really hard to be like the other.. would they have the same flex

Question:Suppose there was a dancer who grew up all her life and was flexible. Then there's a person whose in her teenage years and wants to be as flexible and she works really hard on it everyday stretching everyday as well.

Would she ever get to be as flexible as the one whose worked all her life? Or is it because she's old and their bones have.. "grown", its impossible?

It's almost impossible to make yourself flexible. You are usually flexible from birth, or at a very young age. Usually you can't make yourself flexible, but streching doe help flexibility, just you're still not as flexible.

if you stretch a certain stretch like your lie'n down and straitening you leg and pulling it in closer to your chest everyday it should work i guess it worked for me xD just stretch alot
