you will be more fit, a little more toned, and have better balence not by that much though because thats a short amount of time.

You will:
-Get stronger
-Build muscle,
-Balance
-You will maintain your health or make it better.
-And, you might get a little tired!

If you give your body no rest days, that can be a real problem. You may simply not grow. My daughter has been doing sports at a high level for a decade. She has grown most of her height when taking her annual two weeks off per year. Even a one week break has seen a 1/2 inch growth.

You will be very flexible and strong. I only do gymnastics twice a week and I already have some abs and arm muscles! Yoga will relax you and pilates is just plain fun! You will also get balance and confidence. These 3 activities/sports are a really good combination so go for it!!:)

I am 61 years old and had a very fullfilling dance life. I went to Dance classes at the Jr. Collage, I was in a Dance Company that gave shows all over the western U. S. and then tought dance at Auther Murrry's Dance Studio. I was also a long distence runner, and played football in High School. Today I have trouble with my lower back and have to wear speachel shoes because my feet are flat and hurt all the time.I would not go back and change a thing. Danceing is it's own rewared. I loved it and met a lot of wonderful people.But do think about the stress you are putting on your body.
