make them want to stay on the dance floor
later slow jams and work your way up to faster music

you definitely cant go wrong with what is hot today, look at the billboard charts on line, ask your local DJ's and ask your friends what they like. You can never go wrong with some 80's music, especially when you are drunk, no cares after that. However do not play something angry, you will just upset every drunk at your party, and some may break things and others will just cry, not a mess you want to get into.

some hot songs today are:
LO-by Flo Rida
Rhianna
Soulja boi
DJ UNK

go through some of my favorites
