Pilates, as it has all the benefits of yoga but builds strength faster and promotes long, lean muscles.

Yoga

Pilates.

Swimming! Low impact and not hard on the old turn out muscles.

swimming is good, but if you dont want to leave the house all the time, you can do simple exercises in your room, like sit-ups, push-ups or even star-jumps, to strenghten your stomach muscles and your legs, lie down on the floor [on ur back] with your legs together and ur arms on ur side, lift your legs up [straight], but dont put them apart, keep them together, and go up slowly then back down slowly, to make it a bit easier put ur hands under ur arms. hope this helps :)

swimming works every muscle in your body so you can try that. all just dancing more in general, like takin more classes will make u stronger.

gud luckl:)

Pilates definitley- it really helped me in ballet
