Question:i can't do my splits. I am in dance so it really puts me at a disadvantage. is it possible to never be able to do a split. or should i just keep keep keep practicing them every single day, but i mean i have dance almost every day so.

I'm in cheer and need to split too. During the summer I barely stretch so I have to get back into it when the season comes. What I do is just stretch while I watch TV and stay like that for awhile. Do it everyday. My friend got to split in 3 days by doing that, she might be extra stretchy though ; )

if you cant do splits and you make ur legs stretch to da extreme like dat, u can hurt yourself.

before doing your splits be sure to warm up well and strech your legs out like butterfly position while pushing your knees down and the stretch where you bend one leg and stretch the other leg out

First of all, WARMUP!
if you practice constantly and keep on trying. you will get to do a split!
cause when i was younger i could not do a split and my dance teacher pushed me and i kept trying. and now i do splits in every way possible. but remember WARMUP and be careful of pushing way to hard on your body cause you can finish up hurting yourself.
