Question:CENTER SPLITS-- i need to get my center splits! it seems like my legs just dont bend that way. but i really need to get closer because right now i am 1 1/2 feet off the ground!! help me people!! :D

before attempting to do splits, a nice warmup is a good idea (like jogging for 10 mins). heat can make our muscles more elastic while cold temperature keeps our muscles contracted.
you should practice your splits more often so that your muscles will adapt to it. it is best to do this twice everyday; one in the morning and one in the afternoon/evening for 15-30 mins. remember to stretch your legs before doing this. always remember to use your body weight in pushing your body to the gound. ballistic attempts won't do any better, or may likely cause more harm coz you may tear your tendons(muscle attatchment to the bone).

Just keep stretching and remember to roll your hips foward when you are in them.

I have a problem with that to. I can only do my side splits which is easy. But to help do a workout that should help your legs be more flexible. And practice a lot!

practice practice practice! i can't tell you how to do one, but just remember, toes pointing up, don't roll forward. try doing about 3-5 a day to help your legs get used to it. eventually, you will go furthur down.

just stretch as much as you can...whether your just watching tv or talking on the phone is great time to relax and stretch

I have the same problem. I have the front splits but cannot seem to get the center splits. I have been stretching alot and seem to notice them improving. For me it is my hips that are not flexible enough so I stretch my self in the frog position ( like the butterfly position but laying down on your stomach) and I also stretch after i get out of a hot shower cuz your muscles are a lot looser. also if you try to do the side splits against the wall and just keep pressing yourself closer and closer to the wall i tend to get more of a stretch than just stretching the normal way...

Most peoples problem isn't their groin. Its there knees so touch your toes 5 times before trying to do the splits.
