You know how for a piroutte you go in one full circle? well when i was on the dance team at school we had this routine to help us improve our pirouttes. This is what you do:

Right Piroutte
1) prep and do a quarter turn, where if your facing the north wall you land facing the east wall.

2) prep facing the east wall and do a half turn, landing facing the west wall

3) prep facing the west wall and do a 3 quarter (3/4) turn, landing facing the south wall

4) prep facing the south wall and do a full turn, landing facing the south wall

Left Piroutte (do this after the right piroutte sequence)
1) Prep facing the south wall and do a 1/4 turn landing facing the east wall

2) prep facing the east wall and do a half turn, landing facing the west wall

3) Prep facing the west wall and do a 3/4 turn, landing facing the north wall

4) Prep facing the north wall and do a full turn, landing facing the north wall.

To practice a double piroutte do the steps above but add a full turn to each step.

Hope I was able to help you! Good Luck!

pirouette preps! go to fourth position, the pop up as fast as you can so your toe is on your straight leg's knee (called retire or passe). Gradually start to actually turn with it. Its easiest if you end in a lunge to start.

Step out to the side with your right foot, On you toes. Then Step Forward With Your Left Foot and Pick up your right foot and put near your knee and turn.

point your toe out to the side, then bring it around behind you (4th position) plie, then bring your foot (toe pointed) up to you knee and push off and turn. make sure you spot... this means look at a fixed point on the wall and look at it until the last possible second as you are turning, and when you cant anymore whip your head around to find the point again. as crazy as it sounds, that will acutally help you keep your balance.
