Question:im a dancer and i was wondering what vitamins dancers need most to have the best results with building muscle, strength, flexibility, and a strong core.

im just letting you know that i dont get much calcium or protein and my doctor reccomend i got calcium suppliments..?

im a 13 year old girl by the way and weigh about 95 pounds.

Any good multivitamin designed for your age group would do fine for you. You expend more energy when you dance so you're body needs a little more help. Just pick out a multivitamin at Walmart that's age appropriate and it should be more than enough. It will give you the extra calcium you need. As far as protein, you can get that through eggs, chicken, or even eat a protein bar from the health section if you don't want to eat the extra food. (just be sure to check the calorie content. If it's over 350 calories for one protein bar look for something with less sugar in it)
