watch yourself dancing in a mirror
attach something to your clothes that makes noise and you'll be able to hear your body's rhythm
wear hard soled shoes on a wood or tile floor to hear the rhythm of your feet

take drums, they help u get rythym

listen to alotta different types of music and pick out the beat in that song and just tap your foot or something that goes with the beat and then you just add more of your body through out each song. and watching people works too...i think..

just when you listen to the music.. let the music fill your body and take control of it... feel the music.. if u cant.. well i have to say that is not for u.. ( to dance according to the rythm of the music by your own)

Ok wat i would do is listen to a lot of music. Start with songs that are slow. listen to it. Listen to it again and find the beat. Its not that hard to find the beat. Its usually the bass. The boom part. lol. Ok then tap your feet to the beat or snap your fingers to it. Try that with a lot of different music and then try it with some up beat songs. Any missy elliot, chris brown or ciara music would work. After a while when you hear music the rhythym will come automatecally. Hope it helps.

play a precussion instrument. Usually you either have rythym or not.
