For starters you should be really flexible, so i'd try some cheerleading tools that girls use to stretch,etc. I do and they help alot.
Next would be to join a hiphop class. Learning to dance like that is going to take years, but if you work at it I bet you'll get it.

take lessons and work as hard as you can!

take dance lessons for 10 years and practice hours and hours a week. plus, britney spears always danced bad.

Take Hip-Hop classes and also learn how to do Capoeira. Then learn how to breakdance. Do this all for many years and you might just get it.
