Question:Ok this is actually 4 my friend but anyways she wants to try-out for the dance team but needs help on
spilts
kicks
and other dance stuff like jumps
(im not a dancer.. I cheer) lol
but can sum1 give me sum tips or websites on stretching, the stuff i already said and anything else u can think of?

anyway...

for kicks-sit in your splits each time holding it longer the lower your split the higher the kick :)
