Belly dancing DVD?

Question:I've noticed many of the belly dance DVD's are a "belly dancing style workout" rather than teaching the actual dance. Can anyone recommend a good DVD that is less focused on "exercise" routines and more geared toward learning the dance-- sensual, graceful?

I have the DVD "BellyDance: Basics and Beyond" by Jenna.

I really like how she describes the movements that she does in the video. Even though I've been in belly dance for awhile, I like to keep my basic movements solid and execute them correctly.

I also like Yasmina Ramzy's videos. She goes into great detail of each movement.

maybe you could buy shakira moves it is sold in all hmv stores it is really good ive got it try it she teaches you step b setp belly dancing .

Great Dvd.

I also recommend looking into your local community college and see if they offer community belly dancing classes.
Theyre usually really cheap.

Also, you will need a hip scarf for the class or even for your at home classes. It makes the movements more effective.\
