Dance Team Try-outs!!!!!!!!!!?

Question:Ok this is actually 4 my friend but anyways she wants to try-out for the dance team but needs help on
spilts
kicks
and other dance stuff like jumps
(im not a dancer.. I cheer) lol
but can sum1 give me sum tips or websites on stretching, the stuff i already said and anything else u can think of?

OKay, I have been on my schools dance team for 2 years, and some of the stretches we do are,

ha, i got the same problem, i goto the people on the team and they help me out (=
