What would you choose artistic gymnastics or rythmic gymnastics?

rythmic because i like flexibility more than strength

artistic.I think it s more delicate looking.I would have loved to learn this sport

i would choose rhythmic so that i/you can implement more on flexebility

i dont know the diffrence lol but as a bboy(breakdancer) i learned flip by teaching my self i personally dont like when everyone's flips look the same so if i were you i would pick the one in which people have the most freedom to get their own style in their flips
