Grind Dancing (For Guys)?

Question:Ok, so ive got a school dance coming up soon and i tried grind dancing for the first time at my freshman homecoming but i wasn't very good at it. My girlfriend then kinda taght me but im still not that good. What exactly is the guy supposed to do (follow the same direction as the girl or go the other way). Like in synch or in the opposite direction. PLEASE help!!!!!

hah follow the girl until you get comfortable enough to lead and dont get so worried about it, just let loose and have fun
