DRiLL TEAM....?

Question:I have to decide if I am still trying out for Drill Team. I really want to have all the fun they experience, and be involved with them. It seems really fun (:
But, I am not a dance person [I dance horribly], can't do the middle splits, barely can do leg kicks, not flexible and take long to get a dance rountine. I have to decide now if I am going to tryout or not. I don't want to make a fool of myself or waste my time practicing on something that I can't do. Should I still tryout for Drill Team? Thank you.

You don't know what you can do until you try. Practice hard and do your best. I was on drill team for four years. I was not the best but I always had fun! If you don't make it this time don't worry, try again. Or try something else!

Have a little faith in yourself and do it!

You need to sit down and think about everything as a whole. You need to not only think about all the fun and new friends your going to have in the drill team but the hard work and everything that goes with it. You'll need to think about wether you can put aside the time for meetings, fundraisers, and practice. And you'll need to keep in mind that you still have clases and you'll need to think about how big a course load you'll have too. I think if you really want it and you have the determination for it you can do anything you want. Good Luck!!
