It's basically just what the last poster said. What makes a good one though is if it's with a special partner. The trick is to work up the courage to go in for a kiss at the end, as long as you're into them like that. If it's not someone you're that into though, it's usually just kind of boring lol. No special tricks to it really.

its pretty much just .. hold ur girl (or guy) then rock side to side

guys put their hands on the girl's waist
girls put their hands on the guy's sholders or arms around his neck
(but u knew that right?)

Hold your partner close and let the music move you.
