Question:my turnout sucks.
well it doesn't suck, it's about average, but it's definitley where i am my weakest. my center split is...much to be desired, while i've had my side splits for as long as i can remember. i just have tons of flexibility in one area, but completley lack it in this area. as a result, my second leaps among many other things aren't so great. they definitley need improvement.
any suggestions to help this?
i know the sit against a wall tactic, it has helped, but not immensely. thanks for your help!

you may have already tried this, but frog stretches help a suprising amount. (just lay on your stomach with your legs in the butterfly position) if your knees and toes are on the floor in this position already, then bring your knees onto either side of your hips (so it is a straight line from hip to hip) to intensify the stretch.

take a pilates class i heard they work miracles. try going in your second spilts and and go up and over. Also try going a butterfly and have someone stand on your legs.
