i know you may be slow but it is a matter of technique. it is easy. trust me. i used to struggle

Push both hands together rapidly in quick succession.

Be happy. And know it.

The rest will come naturally.

you just have to be happy and know it. lol ttrust me i struggle sometimes too.....
