Controtionist Help?

I wound like to ask if it's to late to do Controtionist at the age 30. I have done Gymnastic for 20 year and wound love to learn this art.

Unless you were born with a defect that allows you an incredible range of motion within your joints, then you're probably not going to be able to become a contortionist. Sure, you can be really flexible (gymnasts are definitely flexible) but to be a contortionist you have to be almost disgustingly flexible, lol. This is usually caused by the aforementioned genetic defect.
