When ever you stand, even if it's just in line at the grocery store have your feet shoulder length apart. That's proper posture and your legs wont get tired that way you'll be able to do alot more dance stuff without your legs getting tired. And you probably all ready knew to eat healthy! The dance is a workout in it's self but I suggest you also do yoga. You probably don't like that idea because from first impression you don't sound like that kind of person but I think it would be a good idea. Yoga helps breathing and balance which would make you so much better at break dancing. I know yoga and break dancing sound like a strange combination but their really not. Just think of yoga as relaxing break dancing in slow motion! I promise it'll help!

Dancing is a workout! Just start practicing now, and do some weight lifting to help build muscle. Good luck!

I would try yoga because it gives you a great deal of strength, balance, flexibility and control. Don't think its just for girls. Its quite difficult, and if you ever look at a yoga instructor they are totally ripped. I think it'll help a lot.
