If you didn't pass out immediately from inhaling the helium (only helium gets into your lungs, not the oxygen your body needs) then you'll be fine except for maybe a headache.

Um, it depends.
1.) If you POPPED them.
2.) If you purposely inhaled the helium.
3.) If you want to kill yourself.
4.) NO.

You might get a headache but you will be okay.
