We were taught and experience proved - to make sure we stuck out our bottoms at the top of the lift just before you are on their shoulder... that way you sit on their shoulder more with your thighs.... and your bottom acts as a counter weight to your upper body which naturally sits more forward....

Also as others have advised use your core muscles to hold yourself strong. The more you hold yourself the lighter you will feel and the easier you will be to lift.

Hope it helps

Do not, whatever you do, make them laugh.

just concentrate on what u are doing don't think about anything else and just be calm don't freak out ans sy oh no i am going to die or i think i might kill u or anything like that cause that is not soothing lol goodk luck

Use your abs and core strength to keep from wabbling. Also, to make it easier for the other person, imagine lifting through the spine so all your weight isn't piled on her shoulders. Try not to make her laugh and do silly things, and take it seriously so that you don't get hurt! Good luck ( :

dont get them nervous or they will drop you and it hurts. try when they lift you to have your body pulled up and liffted to make it eaiser for them to lift you.
