How to bring about a new dance style in the states?

Question:Ok, so there is a dance called jumpstyle.. mostly done to electronic and techno music but the actual genre is well.. jumpstyle/hardstyle

ive tried to do my part on youtube.. but people only find what they want to find.

i do it at my school dances and got a few to learn it also.. but i feel i am not doing enough..

there are only about 20-30 people nationwide that i am aware of.. but i hope there is more.

There are probably more than 30 people, perhaps they just call it a different name. To get it more well known you just need to keep on doing it. Its great that your posting vids on Youtube so try and put more on. And comment other jumpstyle vids and say that you do it as well. Hopefully other people will click on your profile and watch.

Are there forums or anything on this style of dance? Get actively involved in that and see where you get with it.

Oh, no, please, not another dance!

I personally like the look of jumpstyle, but as you know it's basically only popular in europe. I think that maybe the idea could be concieved here in the states, but i doubt it. Considering all the other styles of dance people do at the clubs. but i would be excited if it got popular here. who knows? we'll see what happens. keep it up man
