Isn't it frustrating how bboys like so...?

Question:AMAZING without ANY formal training? And then theres me who has spent my whole life doing crazy amounts of training and I still don't look as cool as them lol..?

I was talking to a bboy who I've never met before and we were showing eachother what we do. I was amazed just by how great he was and he was amazed by how I can get my ankle next to my ear and that I can kick myself in the face lol.

I just can't get over the fact how these guys just teach themselves how to do it. There is NO way I could have tought myself all the dancing I've learnt.

And I qoute: 'You look really good doing Ballet and Jazz and dat. But you like a white girl who can't dance when you do Hip Hop' LOLLL umm yeah...thanks lol ;]

we have basis that we follow from generation to generation. each generation alter it in there own way. in the 60's we where only uprocking (dancing up top). in the 70 disco and funk came out and we used the same technique but broke it down, there the term breakdance and break it down. some of us broke it down meaning poppin an lockin or go down to the ground and do a trick. 80's came and it exploded with the movies and the rap song and so on and so on. i teach these things to my students and thats there foundation. build off it. your brain will understand what tryin to do once it knows the basics.

I think we guys are natural...lol.. Rach, few people are natural when it comes to dancing,,.. i have seen so many girls who are natural dancers...
