How to be romantic?

Wow... you are such a nice guy. Because you are trying to be romantic to a girl.... Which will make a girl feel appreciated.

To be a romantic person... You need a suitable wear. Because... It will attract her attention on you. Then, bring her a red or pink rose flower. Approach her... Talk to her. Tell her that she was very nice in that outfit. Don't say about her make up. Just the outfit. Then... Give her the rose, look into her pretty eyes and ask..."Would you like to dance with me???".

Well, that sometimes can be a real tough one! First off, pick a song that you like or your comfortable to dance on and then go ask the girl "politely" if she wants to dance you.

Example:
You: Um, hey, would you like to dance?
or
You: Would you care to share this dance with me?

I know some girls would flip and instantly say yes if you asked the second question. What's important is that you're comfortable with the song that's playing so you would be confident. And make sure not to step on her toes! Wearing high heels is not an easy task! I hope this helps and good luck on your dance! :)

Turn it down a notch. A simple "Could I have this dance?" or even a "Would you, please?" is sufficient. You aren't proposing marriage.

Walk up the her, have left hand behind your back and hold out your right hand with your palm up and say, "May I have this dance?" If she says yes, then she'll put her hand in yours and you can lead her to the dance floor. If she says no, then just bow out with a thank you and maybe find another girl to ask. Use the same strategy. It is the formal way to ask a girl to dance.
