You need to have your teacher go with you to a dance store, don't ask people on here what to get. Besides, you need to have a proper fitting anyway.

Usually you have to be personally fitted for pointe shoes, and the person fitting you should be trained to know what shoes are best for your foot.

Russian pointe shoes are really good. I wear them all the time and I have a medium arch too. They have a page on their site that helps you find the best pointe shoe for you.
just go to this site for help

when you get fitted for your pointe shoes, you will try on a LOT of pairs to find the one that works best for you. We can't tell you, you need to try them on!

i have the same type of foot and have been on pointe for 2 years now. of course we don't exactly know what you should purchase...but here's a recommendation. try the TMT thermo morph technology by Bloch. you blow dry them and put them in the fridge and all sorts of wild things, but they morph to the shape of your foot. they last for a long time and break in where you need them to, and stay supportive where necessary. try them and they are awesome, they really work!! anyway, the best of luck to you, good toe shoes are hard, but rewarding to find. Good Luck !!!!!!!!

i like gaynor mindens go on discountdance.com and look at them... gaynor mindens allow you to basically customize your own shoe. you'll see what i mean. good luck.

my first ones were Lyrica. Theyre alot softer than most, but im not sure how strong your ankles are, but you can ask for Lyrica and see. once you get better and more stable you can get Capezio. those are the ones im getting.

good luck!
