Anybody know any overnight dance camps or have been to one?

My best suggestion would be to go get a copy of Dance Magazine; they even have a special edition magazine with all the official dance programs across the country. In there will be lists of all the dance programs and when and where to audition for them. That is your best resource.

do you mean over night as in one night? if you do then no, if you mean you stay there yes. I went to a very good 2 week and 4 week camp last summer and want to go back again. it is rather expensive but it's great! It is a ballet camp so if that's not what you want then I'm sorry. it is also christian if that has anything to do with if you would like it.

Yes! They have many in different places.. I live in canada.. and i went to 2 kinds i went to an over night one.. for a week and it was AMAZING! You meet lots of people and dance all day and sleep like a baby all night. You learn new routines and you ave a performance night. I also went to one for lik 2 week and it was really fun too! ou go 8 hours a day and learn about all the styles and learn different dances. You you havent heard about any in your town or whatever you might nothave one. I had to drive 2 hours to get to mine. Ask aroun and see if anon heard of one near by or call the city? Im not sure sorry... But they are a blast!

I was on my dance team in high school, and we went to camps sponsored by UDA (Universal Dance Association...I think) I don't remember it being too expensive, and it was a 5 day camp at a local university campus. It was a great learning experience and it brought my team much closer together.

Hallerina, Where is the dance camp? I am in my 8th year of ballet and looking for a summer camp having to do with ballet. I am in 6th grade. I would also like the Christian one. Have any ideas?
