What i do is i go down as far as i can and hold if for 30 seconds! NO CHEATING a full 30 seconds! i did that for about a week every day and i can do a full split with noooo issues!

practice practice practice! if you will take the time to hold your splits for a while you will be able to go a little farther. also breath into your splits, it may sound like yoga but it really helps. If you exhale when you slide it dose something with your brain to help your muscles relax. Hope this helped!

there r some streches that u do.....

just practice on your regulars for as long as you need. once you can hold them, try oversplits. do a split on something 1 inch off the ground and just everyday work your way up. i dont know what the 3rd one is... and just remember to not bounce too much because you can pull something really bad(believe me, it isnt pretty)
