Question:My husband and I haven't been dancing for years. Mostly due to my weight issues and his health issues. Well I have lost the weight and he has had surgery to get rid of the health problems. Now we would like to get into ballroom dancing but there is no one here in this rural area that teaches it. So what DVD's on ballrooom dancing are the best and fairly simple for us to begin with? Any suggestions?

DanceVision has a great selection of DVDs for beginners - there is a series called Absolute Beginners that is very good.
(www.dancevision.com). Also, I bought a series of DVDs from Libreros (a dance studio in Florida) that I thought were really helpful. It's a husband and wife, and each does their individual part and explains exactly how to do it. The website for that is: www.become-a-good-dancer.com.

Here is a good website. If you look on the right you can choose what level you are after and in what style http://dancesportuk.dancesportinfo.net/P...
