Poms tryouts??????????

Question:i never did poms b4 but the tryouts are in april what r some things i should practice oh and how do u do a foutte

i have.

just make sure you can dance in rhythm. they can basically teach you the rest.

know some ballet too, that would help.
be super flexible.

Go to a tumbling class or dance class
It takes a lot of work to get there
Just practice it and put your <3 into it

I dont know what a foutte is

Its just cheerleading without the stunts.. just paraticve dancing etc

maybe you become more flexable...
a foutte sounds like a dessert...

this looks gay like cheerleading... do not do it
