some girls get turned on and some girls just do it to dance and ahve a good time... usually they are attracted to you if they will dance with you.

and girls dont mind if u get hard.. it just means that shes a good dancer and that always makes girls happy ;]

a girl grinds you to be sexy, it may turn her on but I guess it depends on the person. But i would have to say it's a little disturbing to me if your dancing and the guy gets hard, especially if our at a club and don't know him etc.. Save that stuff for the bedroom/private.
