Well in my dance team we simply call this a shoulder roll. You can do it with straight legs like in this, or with them bent and landing on your knees. You need to roll over the same shoulder as leg that comes up first (ex: i do it on the left leg, and roll over my left shoulder).
Use your hands to support you as you roll over, landing with them as if you are in the middle of a push-up (chest on the floor), and you need to slide down slowly on the top of your foot as you come down, not on both legs. It is important to keep the back leg up in the air as long as possible, don't just drop it along with the other leg.
Try to watch the video again and pause it like every second, studying exactly what he is doing and try to mimick it. However, it is easier if someone you know could show you how to do it and help correct you. But good luck! =]
