You taught yourself?

Question:I just started teaching myself how to dance hip-hop style. I am learning from youtube instructional videos and just plain videos. I'm learning but It's at a very slow pace. I get frustrated a lot and walk the hell away LOL How did you learn?? I can't afford dance classes at this time.

Hey ! It's great how your teaching yourself, I mean it saves money. But still it is slow I agree. But it's like that even in classes. Enough times to show you how to do it right. Try going to the library and getting books. Research on hip hop dance and go coordinate your own dance. hiphop. I mean its normal for people not being able to afford dance classes now, but maybe you could find a cheaper one. I found one for 8 classes its 50 dollars. Just to show you the beginnings and how its really done. If you have friends that can dance ask them to show you. Same way your trying to but I always dance to songs I'm really feeling, you know. Feel the music and have fun with it.
