We only have until Wednesday morning to learn one so the simpler the dance, the better. Most Dances of the period had to be restrained to basic steps due to the corsettry and large skirts worn - so any dance would/should be easy enough to learn, just the posture would need to be spot on to make it look stately...if you can get some hoop skirts to help with the effect.
