These are used by athletes, basketball players,*** TOE RAISES
Stand with the balls of your feet and your toes on a thick book (such as a phone book). Hold onto a support. Lower your heels to the floor slowly. Raise yourself slowly. Hold for 8 to 10 seconds. Repeat 15 to 20 times.
WALKING ON HEELS
While standing, lift your toes off the ground. Start walking, on just your heels. Take 10 to 20 steps.
TOE SCRUNCH
Place a cloth (for example, a towel) on the floor near your chair. Sit down, placing the toes of one foot on the cloth. Use your toes to scrunch up the cloth. (Keep your heels flat on the floor.) Repeat 10 to 20 times.
BALANCING
Standing, lift one foot and balance yourself. If necessary, hold onto a support. Hold the position for up to a minute. Repeat four to six times.

idk

Before I started pointe in ballet I had to strengthen my ankles. If you walk up and down the stairs on your toes that should make hem strong after about a week.

Up downs and shin raises.
Search youtube for them.

get in a crouching position on your toes then stand up and crouch again and keep repeating this

i had to do this for soccer cause i sprained my right ankle 5 times and my left 3 times

you lay down and put your hand right below your butt.
then your raise your legs and spell the ABC's with each foot.
and then take a break and now do it with the other foot.
this is what you do in baseball. it also helps loosen them.

there is a rubber band for dancer where you put you get your leg up and you place it aound your toes and you point and flex your feet repeated times.

There are some exercises they teach in class, I believe one is called TANDU and the other FRAPPE. I could be wrong, I only did Ballet for a year back in 2005. But if you youtube it, you may find out how to do it. Very simple, and I still do them all the time even though I don't take Ballet classes anymore.
