Question:Say, if I started when I was 12. I'm trying to find out i when i will be able to get to pointe...I know that You wont be able to tell me the exact time...but a little guess or estimate wouldnt hurt :)
i would espcially like it if dancers who have exprience would help me. but, hey, any info is great!

It really depends how hard you work and if your ankles get strong enough. I'd say anybody should have three years of experience before they should be put en pointe, but you could get on before that.

My daughter started when she was 3 and she just turned 11 this month....she loves Pointe!

It took my friend a year and she started when she was 12. I don't know which country you're in, but the earliest you are allowed to start pointe in the UK is 12

i took me 9 years and i started when i was two but i switched to a dif dance school so that prolly y it took me so long

It actually depends on the progress of your work, the strength of your feet and back. :)
But usually it takes about three years. :)
