You could look into a basic ballet instruction video. That will give you the teacher and the music (just find a room with a tv/dvd/vcr player). You can use the back of a chair as a bar (but be careful).

The best way to get good at ballet is to just take lots of classes every week. That way you don't practice using bad technique, which frequently happens when you work without a teacher. Good luck!

if you have stair case with a railing you can you that, buy some classical music and watch in on a ballet class and see what they do and try to mimick that
