Position:Home>Dancing> Whats the best at home dance/exercise pole?Question:I want to try the dance exercise fitness workout that I keep hearing is so great, but I want to know which dance exercise pole is best out of the three: X-pole and Xpose do not require any screws or holes in to the ceiling, but Lil minx does. I also wondered if these are really sturdy or not if they shake easily or are they pretty sturdy.
