LOL flour, never heard of that. Well go ahead and try it on cardboard or wooden floor. That'll help. If it doesn't work, then just keep practicing your turtles without moving. Try to do the move correct without arching your back. If there is still something wrong, they you may lack something such as muscle or flexibility. Just keep practicing and eventually you'll get it.
good luck

it is resistance first of all you should do it on hard wood or a cardboard box. Put flour on the ground to stop resistance.

well u should always practice on hard floor....
on a carpet u juzz making it hard for ur self....
for turtles...tips:
1. When beginning, placing your hands to the right of you (for Clockwise) will help you with momentum a bit.
2. Tucking your legs in helps you stay up.
3. Keep your elbows where they are! Your elbows should never leave your body or you will lose balance.

for crickets...u need to pump....n in order for ur hand to move wit ur body..u need to rotated clockwise evrytime u pump...n if u still cnt then that means u need to pump harder n higher...
good luck!!!!
