Question:Ok so im a dancer, as in ballet. I wanna know how to loosten my hips and become more flexable. if you have any links or advice or workouts that loosten the hips to go all down id 2nd floor position (or to those who just stretch on the floor leg open and lean foreward) for splits and etc.

Help needed to become more flexable.

To loosen you hips, sit with your legs in i diamond and try to touch your nose to you toes. Hold. lie back and try to touch both knees to ground without straigthening your legs out.

Tuck shins and feet under you, rather, sit on your knees, lie back on your back with your knees still under you. stretch and watch tv, or right before bed to get a loosey, comfy feeling. stretch after you dance around for a few minutes, when your muscles are warm and you can get most flex!
