Position:Home>Dancing> Who does spinning pikes?

Question:http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=PqWQ0AVKI4...
I am trying to learn the spinning pikes in the middle of the video. I have no problem doing consecutive pikes in a straight line. The video shows 4 and I can do 12 without the rotation. Any pointers or other sources to get the rotation?

Thanks!

Be sure to remember to really bend your knees before you jump so you can get the full height to bring your legs up. What helps me to perform those kind of things is to do it with your weight or your arms on something.

Like when I practise switch leaps ( http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=E__4jRUWDA... ) I have one hand on the fridge and the other on the bench lol.

I have no idea if you use the 'spotting technique'. Which is you focus on one thing when your body turns and as soon as you can't keep on looking at it then you whip your head around and look at it again. This may help...

I hope this helps! I don't do this kind of dance :)
