I know it sounds like 'alsacone' but I don't know the proper spelling or term for it. It is called an A La Seconde turn, sometimes know as a Forte (Fortay). Similar to a Fouette, only the leg en l'air does not bend in with the foot at the knee. In A La Seconde the leg stays straight! That's what I know it as, too- alesacone. an arabesque turn A la seconde turns (mainly done by men) i call it a turn in second lol |
