Question:to be able to do nice fan kicks and such.
I haven't had to much training but im fairly decent and this is for our school musical.
Any tips?

don't force your body too much. Do a little every day, increasing the amont you do each day.

Basically you need to increase your flexibility, so floor stretches are the best for that. If you keep going further each day, soon you will be pretty flexible!

As for the fan kicks you need to have the right technique as well do depending on how you are doing them make sure you are doing them right. If your leg isn't going at the right angle then you wont be able to get it very high.

There's really no secret to it: Strech everyday, and pratice, practice, practice!!!!!!!
