Its kinda like a push up but you thrust your legs in the air and push off with you hands still on the ground. When u come down...you roll on ur chest(dont drop) and pull it through.
Then you just repeat it over again till you get it right or untill you move across the base you are on. Dont hurt yourself. Some people cant do it so dont get mad if you cant...it takes practice<3
