Question:I need to prove that I can meet all of my high school P.E. requirments by dance, because I am dancing so often, I don't have time for all of my classes.

Honey, Everything you DO in dance involves muscular strength. Beleive, me. For Example: I could never get my split because all of my friends could do them and it made me really eager to. About 3 weeks after dance I had it perfected.

Why do nt u try aerobic? it is work out, dance,fun & gives u strong muscles...if u do not have enough time u may get a CD that teaches u aerobic....After 2 or 3 month you ll enjoy having slim body with muscles.
