For Example: I could never get my split because all of my friends could do them and it made me really eager to. Why do nt u try aerobic? it is work out, dance,fun & gives u strong muscles...if u do not have enough time u may get a CD that teaches u aerobic....After 2 or 3 month you ll enjoy having slim body with muscles. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u6KnUW9N3... like this pole dancing!! pilates is supposed to be good for that |
