Question:Well ive been stretching for middle splits for like a month now and im about 5 or 6 inches off maybe a lil more...But i need my middle splits in a couple of weeks...how long should it actually take to get my middle splits down??


Oh and if you have a really good stretch i can do for it then that would be great!~

i did 3 different kind of splits in just a week...u have to strech alot...with wat ever u do (watch t.v. , read the newspaper , talk on d phone , etc)
it should take u about 1-2 weeks...
and wen u strech make sure u hold it there....don't bounce up and down because that doesn't do anything it will only hurt u more...just keep on streching and u'll get it...

I could do middle split.so,I think I know the answer.
First,you stretch EVERYDAY!
Then,Massage your legs.
Finally,do your middle split!
P.S.Maybe drink milk to build strong bones and long bones.

practice everyday, everytime your bored you will get it!! Even when you watch tv try to hold it for a couple commercials or something! ( remeber to strecth and drink water)

practice makes perfect... my sister is the lucky one with flexibility and i'm the one that has the jumps down... i think i'd rather have flexibility though, anyway... my teacher told me to stretch after taking a shower.... it really helped, cause your body is warm and you'll feel more comfortable going farther... and relax... only hold yourself up enough and breathe in and out and maybe you'll get closer
