Question:If your a gymnast or dancer...what is your stretching routine??

I' m looking for ideas...for my stretching routine.

mine is semi simple because im on christmas break...which is very boring to me haha...but anyways, every morning i do a lunge for 30 seconds then do the splits for 1-4 minutes. then while brushing my teeth i put my leg up on a high ledge and stretch there. then while watching tv i just hang down and try to touch my toes. then i sit in a butterfly or frog and then do lunges and splits again. and then right before i go to sleep i sit in a lunge for 30 seconds and slide down to a split. then sleep and repeat lol.

mine is strech in the morning befor getting dress
i uselly wor on my arm then my legs then stomch

i usually hold my ankle while standing.
and doing my splits
lunges
really simple but i do alot of it.
